Terms of Use – QR Reader

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the QR Reader mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the terms, you should not use the App.

2. App Functionality

QR Reader allows users to:

• Scan QR codes using the device’s camera
• Create and customize QR codes
• Store QR codes locally on the device
• Use premium features available via subscription

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Content & Storage

• All QR codes generated or scanned are stored locally on your device.
• We do not access or back up any QR content you store.
• You are solely responsible for managing and deleting your QR data.

4. Subscription Terms

The app offers an auto-renewable subscription to access premium features.

• Subscription Type: Premium Weekly Subscription
• Duration: 1 week (auto-renewable)
• Free Trial: 3 days

Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Canceling the subscription will stop the auto-renewal, but the current subscription period will remain active until it expires.

Additional Information

The app allows users to generate and scan QR codes. Generated codes may include links to external platforms (such as websites or other app stores). This functionality depends entirely on the user's choice and is not controlled by the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, logos, and design elements of the App are the property of the developer. You may not:

• Reverse engineer
• Reproduce
• Distribute or resell any part of the app without permission

6. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse or malfunction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you are violating these terms or using the app inappropriately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes implies your agreement with the updated terms.
